Device for folding the sheet (to obtain a folded film, i.e. open on one side). It is equipped with an unwinder with a cone shaft to support the reel, "dancer roll" system controlling the unwinding tension by an electronic brake and a pressure regulator, with aluminium idle rollers, with folding triangle coated with adhesive teflon, to ease the film sliding, and with exit rollers.

Translation on tracks to center the film on the machine. Electromechanic centring of the reel, by a motoreducer with worm screw, with electronic control card and infrared photoelectric cell to detect the edge of the film.

Maximum diametre of the reel: 700 mm.

Maximum width of the sheet: 1450 mm.

Voltage: 230-400 Volt / 50 Hz (different Voltage upon request).
