Sealer model SF can seal rigid supports made of polyethylene or plasticized carton onto the bottom of gusseted carrier bags.

The seal is made of two parallel strips 3mm wide on each bar.

The movement of the sealing head is by compressed air.

The operator places the rigid support on the support of the sealer and places the bag over it.

The sealing cycle is started by pressing the pedal.

Sealing time and cool off time can be regulated according to need. Output is about 240 bags per hour. Sealing heads and supports are easily changeable according to customer's need, from a minimum of 20cm up to 75cm width.
