This electro-pneumatic device is used to fit and weld a zip closure to the film.

The device consists of an electric system for control and adjustment, two welding bars with thermo-regulation moved by pneumatic actuators that work in synchrony with the machine, and a heated plate for guiding the zip.

The zip welding is produced with Ni-Cr impulse runner. The welding bars and the zip guiding plates are easy to change in compliance with the sizes of the bags. The structure is solid and compact and the accessory is installed on one side of the machine.

Voltage: 230 Volt / 50 Hz (different Voltage upon request).
